Pumpkin Spice Burger

The Pumpkin Spice Burger is topped with pumpkin aioli and maple bacon. You won't want to miss giving this awesome fall burger a try!

Pumpkin Topping

  • 6 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 Tbsp Mayo
  • 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice optional

Maple Bacon

  • 8 Slices Bacon
  • Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar


  • 2 Lbs Ground Chuck Beef 80% lean / 20% fat
  • 4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • Arugula
  • 4 Hamburger Buns


  1. Mix mayo, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice in a small bowl.

  2. Mix brown sugar into some maple syrup in a bowl.

  3. Begin cooking bacon. You can put it in a pan, in the oven for about 15-20 min at 400 degrees. Pull bacon out 5 minutes early and brush with maple syrup mixture. Put it back in the oven until done.

  4. Get your grill/pan/etc hot.

  5. Salt & pepper the ground beef and then divide into 8oz (1/2 lb) portions (or you can use smaller 6oz portions). Flatten into patties that are about 1/2 inch larger than the buns.

  6. Put a thumbprint in the middle of the patty so it doesn’t puff up when cooking.

  7. Grill your burgers about 4min on the first side.

  8. Flip burgers. Cook until you reach the correct temp (140F for medium), usually about 2-4 minutes.

  9. Add arugula to the bottom, then burger, top with pumpkin aioli and then the bacon. Enjoy!
