Stir Fry
Slice onion, red pepper, and green pepper into strips. Chop cilantro.
Heat olive oil in a pan and add peppers and onions. Salt and pepper to flavor. After a few minutes add the cilantro. Cook until slightly soft.
Wrap in a piece of aluminum foil to keep warm. You can also place this on the grill for the last couple minutes of burger cooking to keep them hot.
Burger
Get your grill/pan/etc hot. Optionally, turn on oven to 400 degrees to heat ciabatta buns.
Dice garlic cloves, mix with salt, pepper, Sriracha, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Mix with ground beef, but avoid over handling.
Divide beef into 8oz (1/2 lb) portions (or you can use smaller 6oz portions). Flatten into patties that are about 1/2 inch larger than the buns.
Put a thumbprint in the middle of the patty so it doesn’t puff up when cooking.
If you're heating up the ciabatta buns, place them in the oven for 6-8 min.
Grill your burgers about 4min on the first side.
Flip burgers and immediately add cheese. Cook until you reach the correct temp (140F for medium), usually about 2 to 4 minutes.
Place stir fry on bottom of bun, then add burger and finally the sauce. Enjoy!
